A queer maker’s space

  • Second Saturday of every month, supported by ECH
  • Fourth Friday of every month, supported by the 2024 Bupa Foundation Community Grants program

Sustainable Style is a textile-based workshop space. The workshop offers a space for adults of all ages and abilities to come together to develop new skills, share resources, establish inter-generational connections, and create wearable art.

Sustainable Style is about experimenting with style in a sustainably responsible way using crowd-sourced, recycled materials. It’s about personal empowerment and wellbeing. And it’s about having fun in a safe and supportive space.

Fabric, sewing machines, and patterns will be freely available, but participants are also welcome to bring along projects they are working on.

Light lunch and hot drinks are also provided. Runs 10am – 4pm at 57 Hyde Street, Adelaide.
